"Primera Vez"


It got a bit hectic a couple of weeks ago as we were preparing for our Seattle trip and I was not able to post this piece that I had just completed for a local exhibit, so I am posting it now. This is an acrylic on stretched canvas, email if you have any questions.

"Indio Vato"


This is a close-up from one of the figures in the series that I am working on of Southwest images. In order to simplify the facial features and be more suggestive of all detail, I found I had to practice painting a larger version of the face.

"New Outfit" - available


This is the latest painting to come off the easel. I am working on some 12 x 12 sizes, having fun exploring with composition and colors. In this one I was exploring with a little bit of reverse fields.
